摘要:目的 比较中华蟾蜍(Bufo gargarizans)登陆后消化道生长抑素(somatostatin, SS)细胞形态和分布密度的年龄和部位差异。方法 用卵白素-生物素-过氧化物酶复合物免疫组织化学法定位幼体、亚成体和成体中华蟾蜍消化道SS细胞。结果 不同年龄组消化道SS细胞的形态多样,分为开放型和闭合型细胞;亚成体SS细胞的分布密度幽门显著高于贲门,成体幽门和直肠显著高于食管、贲门和胃底,但幼蟾无部位差异;空肠SS细胞的分布密度成体显著高于亚成体和幼体,直肠成体显著高于幼体,但与亚成体无显著差异。结论 中华蟾蜍消化道SS细胞形态多变,分布密度有年龄和部位差异,这可能与SS细胞的功能及个体的消化生理状态有关。

Abstract: Objective To compare the age-related and location differences of morphological characters and distribution densities of somatostatin (SS) immunoreactive cells along the digestive tract of Asiatic toads (namely Bufo gargarizans) after landing. Methods SS immunoreactive cells were localized along the digestive tract of juvenile, sub-adult and adult Asiatic toads by immunohistochemical method with avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex. Results SS cells displayed various shapes, which can be divided into open and closed type cells at three different age stages. Distribution densities of SS cells in the pylorus were significantly higher than those in the cardia in sub-adult toads, while those in adult toads were significantly higher in the pylorus and rectum than in the esophagus, cardia and fundus, but no significant segmental differences were observed along the digestive tract of juvenile toads. In the jejunum, distribution densities of SS cells in adult toads were significantly higher than in juvenile and sub-adult toads. In the rectum, distribution densities of SS cells were significantly higher in adult toads than those in juvenile toads, but did not differ between sub-adult and adult toads. Conclusion The morphology of SS cells along the digestive tract in Asiatic toads is variable, and distribution densities of SS cells varies with ages and different segments of digestive tract, which may be correlated with the functions of somatostatin cells and individual digestive physiological status.
